Going North or South on the New Jersey Turnpike:
Take Exit 10 to 287 North. Follow directions for 287 N below.
Going North on the Garden State Parkway:
After the Raritan tolls go to the right lane and proceed over the Driscoll Bridge and immediately take Exit 127. Follow the successive signs to get to 287 North. Follow directions for 287 North below.
Going South on the Garden State Parkway:
Take Exit 129 to Perth Amboy then to 440 to I 287. Follow directions for 287 North below.
Going North on Route 287:
Take Exit 5 (Route 529/Edison). After exiting, make a left at the light onto Stelton Road. At the fourth light make a right onto Metlars Lane. Proceed approximately 0.2 miles. The Center will be on your right.
Going South on Route 287:
Take Exit 6 (Washington Ave.). Keep in left lane on ramp; turn left at the light onto S. Washington Avenue. Stay in middle lane. Go about 0.9 mile and make a hard left at the second light (Big Ed's Barbecue) onto Metlars Lane. Go about 0.3 mile and the Center will be on your left.
From Route 1 and Route 27:
Take Route 1 or Route 287 to Plainfield Ave. (CR 529 N.) which continues and changes into Stelton Road. Proceed on Stelton Road to Metlars Lane. Make a left at the traffic light onto Metlars Lane. The Center will be on your right
Via Route 22:
Take Exit to Washington Avenue (CR 539 S.). Proceed on Washington through Dunellen (being very careful of the speed limit!). Shortly after passing Quibbletown Middle School on the left, the road will curve to the right. And you will pass Exxon and Raceway gas stations on the right. At Raceway, move to the extreme right lane and turn right at the light. Continue on Washington Ave. and at the 5th traffic light (after passing a shopping center on the left), turn hard left onto Metlar's Lane (CR 609 N). Proceed 0.3 mile and turn left into the Center.
Route 28, East or West:
Directions from Route 22 can also be used if you come along Route 28 which passes through Dunellen. Turn at the Power gas station onto Washington Ave. (CR 529 N.) to pass under the railroad trestle, then proceed along Washington, using the directions from Route 22 above.
Route 18:
Take 18 N. past New Brunswick and over the John Lynch Bridge. Go straight, passing Rutgers University area, and at the 3rd light you will see a sign for Metlars Lane. Make a left onto Metlar's then be careful to bear right at the 1st light then later make a right turn at the 2nd light (both turns keep you on Metlars) After making the 2nd turn (a farm will be on your left), go about 0.3 mile and turn left into the Center.
