About CC New Jersey
Representatives from the Diocese of Camden, Metuchen, Paterson, Trenton and the Archdiocese of Newark started the "Catholic Charities New Jersey Conference" as a way for all Catholic Charities employees in the state to come together and learn about the services we deliver in our communities. We want to be able to share each others talents so as to better service our communities . The themes of the first three conferences have been "Getting to Know Us", "Strengthening Our Commitment to Serve" and "Our Changing World." Subsequent themes have been "Pulling Together" and "Celebrating our Mission" Each conference has been attended by over 500 Catholic Charities employees from all over the state. Employees attend an opening service, morning and afternoon workshops, an address from a prominent keynote speaker, with a sit down lunch and a short reception following the day's events.
