Consumers come to us, often times, frustrated with the lack of assistance available to them. They also speak to the success of the assistance they were able to obtain. It is clear that there is no better advocate than the person who experiences the problem and/or the solution. When there are few answers to the problems some of our consumers come to us with, one of the only solutions is to help them have their voice heard. This workshop will help you to ensure your consumer’s voices are heard. |
